Aurora — Banking that feels human
A full identity and product design system for a next-generation banking platform built around clarity, trust and motion.
Aurora arrived with a bold ambition: make a banking experience that people actually enjoy opening. The category was full of cold, templated products. We saw an opening for warmth, confidence and a sense of momentum.
The challenge
Financial trust is built in milliseconds. Every interaction had to feel considered — fast, legible and reassuring — while still carrying a distinct personality that set Aurora apart from a sea of blue rectangles.
Our approach
We rebuilt the brand from the typography up, pairing a precise grotesque with a warm editorial accent. A token-driven design system kept 60+ screens perfectly in sync, and a motion language gave every transition a sense of intent.
Outcome
The result is a product that feels alive in the hand. Onboarding that used to take minutes now takes seconds, and the brand finally matches the ambition of the team behind it.
